Directions From Exeter or M5

Take the A380 towards Torquay.

Up a long, steep hill (Telegraph Hill) then take the exit which is sign-posted Teignmouth (B3192). Follow the road along the top of the hill, past a golf course and then start to drop down into Teignmouth itself.

Past the cemetery on the left the road narrows and bears slightly right, the Estuary comes into view, take the first turning on the right, called Higher Yannon Drive. (This turning is just over the crest of another hill, opposite an all-weather sports field and a sign saying escape road 400 yards.)

Take the first left turn into The Yannons and follow the road down to the entrance of the unmistakeable Yannon Towers. Park towards the garage.

Directions From Newton Abbot

Take the A381 estuary road to Teignmouth.

Turn left at the second set of traffic lights, just before you reach Teignmouth town centre, signed to Exeter, up the Exeter Road (B3192). Proceed up the hill, under the foot bridge and past the Community College.

Turn second left after the foot bridge into Higher Yannon Drive (NB this is the turning after Yannon Drive), then left again into The Yannons and follow the road down to the entrance of the unmistakeable Yannon Towers. Park towards the garage.
