1 Yannon Towers provides a unique holiday experience in a folly styled on Balmoral.

It has outstanding sea and estuary views, large grounds and is within easy walking distance of Teignmouth, Shaldon and the beaches.

Sleeps 8-10 but we offer discounts to smaller groups off season.

Fan heaters only in tower bedroom so can be cold in winter

Shared drive way - guests parking for 4 cars max.

Large garden around 1/4 acre.

Sloping a bit but suitable for ball or racket games.

The summer house contains a barbecue and some toys for the garden and beach.
